Nissan 350Z

Another reborn classic. The Nissan 350 Z is the reincarnation of the popular Datsun Z line. It has 280 horsepower and all the spirit of a sports car.

The 350 Z has features that any sports car enthusiast will appreciate. The sound of the engine is one of them. Pressing the gas pedal past 3000 rpm is a treat for the ears. And it always reacts by moving forward at any speed.

Another interesting detail is the stiffness of the suspension, which, although it can be a bit harsh at times, is very suitable for a sports car. It must be said that this suspension is important for response during acceleration and cornering. Because objectively, the final speed is one of the weak points of the 350 Z.

Its agile six-speed manual transmission makes you want to drive this coupe. Allows you to accelerate quickly. Although this brings us to a sad reality: the terminal velocity comes quite quickly. Confident handling and good maneuverability on difficult turns are very positive. The situation is different when driving in the city, where the reaction may be somewhat slow. It's also worth noting the stopping power that ABS helps with. All models come standard with stability control.

The stiffness of the suspension is not too noticeable in the steering wheel, it is worth noting that it can be adjusted to improve the driving position. The relationship between the steering wheel and the gear shift lever is inconvenient.

The body design is quite minimalistic. There are no unnecessary decorations or exaggerated moldings here. Very beautiful hood with a smooth surface. The front radiator intake is simply a horizontal rectangle cut out of the smooth, potbellied front end. Everything in the body of this new Nissan is very harmonious. The only interesting detail was the door handles. Otherwise impeccable, conservative but very neat styling.

The interior is also measured in details and ornaments. It's a two-seater, but there are two luggage spaces behind the seats, complementing the small 235dm3 boot well. In the cabin, as an option for an additional fee, there is the replacement of parts of the seat upholstery with orange leather.

An interesting detail to mention about the existing technology is that the rearview mirrors have an anti-fog system, as does the heated rear window on the rear windows. Xenon headlights are standard, as are cruise control and a telephone system. An interesting option is 18-inch aluminum wheels, which weigh almost 4 kilograms less than standard ones.

In Europe, the same 350Z presents changes relative to the American version. The rear diffuser and spoiler ensure safe maneuvering at high speeds. At the front, some differences in the air intake improve the aerodynamic coefficient to 0.29. There are also optimizations in the mechanics, especially in the transmission. Its price is about 41,000 euros. And it's a very good price compared to its direct competitors like the Mazda RX-8 and Audi TT.
